How Do FIEs Set up Branches?
To set up branches in China, FIEs may directly go through procedures with the original industrial and commercial registration administrations according to relevant regulations.
FIEs that have paid their contributions to the registered capital of the enterprises on time, and have started production (or opened business) may apply for establishment of branches in China.
FIEs that have put in place the registered capital in full may apply for establishment of operational branches in China.
